Real wood flooring enhances the decor of any room and provides timeless beauty that will increase in value throughout its lifetime. In a recent survey of estate agents, 90% said that houses with Real wood flooring sell faster and for higher prices han houses without wood floors.

	Grades The appearance of the wood determines its grade. All grades are equally strong and servicable, but each affords a different look. First (A) - Natural First grade wood has the best appearance, free of defects, natural colour variations and limited character marks. Second (B) - Country Second grade wood is veriegated in appearance with varying sound wood characteristics of species. Third (C) - Rustic Third grade wood is rustic in appearance allowing all wood characteristics of the species - knots and colour variations. Nature's Colours From the red brown tones of kempas and mahogany through more delicate hues to the lighter oak, maple and birch shades, ValueFloors have available a wide range of timber species and colours to suit most interiors.
	And with the choice of naturally rustic or more subdued woodgrain patterns, creative design possibilities are unlimited. Before Laying Solid wood flooring stock should be in the room where it will be used at least one week prior to installation. This allows the wood to acclimatize to the average moisture content and heat of the house. If material is laid too early, it can dry and shrink and the joints between boards will open up. Traditional Floorboards 19mm boards laid over bearers and joists comprise the traditional system renowned for centuries as a functional floor and now more often recognised for its aesthetic appeal and extraordinary durability.

Pro-Click Solid Floating Floors

The Pro-Click system provides an attractive alternative to other flooring systems with its heavy duty boards designed for installation either as a floating floor, easily assembled using the ingenious Pro-Click engineered click together system, or as a traditional structural floor over bearers and joists.
